A private, often emotional session, showing you how to feel and find your baby and their position in your belly anytime you want to, then visualising your baby by beautifully painting them onto your bump in the position they are in at the time. Older children welcome!

An in-depth session for parents whose baby is in a breech position and who would like to learn how to use moxibustion to encourage baby to turn. These are private, informative sessions to discuss your options and teach you safe moxibustion techniques, either with a partner or by yourself.

The full course but outdoors! Your hypnobirthing sessions will be held locally in nature or as an intensive retreat weekend away, booked ahead in a destination of your choosing.
